Bloom Diary

This Policy applies exclusively to the Bloom Diary mobile application. It does not extend to external websites or services that may be referenced within the Application.

Bloom Diary is engineered under a private, local-first design. We do not seek, capture, retain, or derive personal user information through the Application's operation. Your mood entries, self-care habits, diary notes, and cycle reference records remain confined to your device. This commitment is embedded in the technical architecture and does not depend on user configuration or opt-in settings.

Information We Do Not Collect

We affirm that the Application abstains from acquiring:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses
• Geolocation data from any positioning source
• Financial account credentials or payment card details
• Government-issued identification numbers
• Behavioral analytics, session telemetry, or usage traces
• Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking tokens

No Account Registration

Bloom Diary implements no registration workflow, credential provisioning, or identity verification portal. You engage with the Application without creating an account; no identity correlation record is established on our servers.

Bloom Diary persists the following content exclusively within the operating-system application sandbox on your device:

• Mood tracker entries and associated timestamps you record
• Self-care habit logs and completion history
• Personal diary notes and journal entries
• Menstrual cycle reference notes you choose to maintain

We do not operate remote servers, cloud databases, or sync pipelines for receiving or warehousing your wellness content during normal operation. The Application contains no routine outbound data transmission for journal entries.

Sensitive Health Information

Cycle reference notes and mood records you enter are treated as personal wellness notes stored locally on your device. Bloom Diary does not analyze, diagnose, or share this information. You control what you record and may delete it at any time.

Data Loss

Because we hold no server-side backup, device theft, hardware failure, factory reset, or accidental deletion may result in complete loss of Application data. You are responsible for maintaining platform-native encrypted backups if redundancy is required.

If you attach photos or other media to journal entries, such files are stored in the Application's private document directory on your device. We do not perform facial recognition, automated content analysis, or remote indexing of your media.

Users are prohibited from storing content within the Application that is pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative of minors. Anti-circumvention efforts to bypass content safeguards constitute a separate violation.

Privacy inquiries and support requests submitted to bloomdiary@gmail.com will receive substantive processing within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, without distinction between business and non-business periods.

Data on your device benefits from the host operating system's encryption and sandbox protections, including process isolation and confined file system access. The absence of outbound network channels for journal content eliminates remote exploitation vectors for wellness data transmission.

The Application contains no advertising SDK, analytics tracker, impression framework, or audience segmentation module. We derive no revenue from observing or commercializing your behavior within Bloom Diary.

Bloom Diary is designed for adult users managing personal wellness records. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Legal guardians are encouraged to supervise device usage by minors.

You exercise full control over all locally stored data. Complete erasure may be accomplished through in-app controls, system storage clearance, or uninstalling the Application. No external data repository exists requiring separate deletion requests.

Material revisions will be presented within the Application upon your first session after publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users who do not consent should uninstall the Application.
